my growing obsession for baking has made me go wild!recently i baked a coconut syrup cake for my mums bbq party...half way through it i became so confident that my cake literally fell out...okay let me explain.due to the coconutty aroma i thought it was done, and i did do the skewer test and when i did turn it over..the uncooked parts of the cake..fell out! it was so scary! i thought i was going to fail! but then i quickly inserted the cake guts back in and rebaked :) THANKFULLY it came out okay, although the top did look a bit dodge so i covered it with some coconut sprinkles.yesyes that alllways works 8D
anyhow that was happy baking time, katrina helping me take those idiotic photos : P IF anybody feels like some baked pastry or whatnot..just give me a ring!and i shall deliver you some (: oh yes! im more than halfway through life of pi!gosh i take so long to read,took me at least 2 hours to read what..30 pgs or something?geeezzz. at the beginning of that book it was quite boring, but as it got graphic it was so much more fun! the imagery is...fantastic! :P
anywaayy i should sleep, 12:30 am now.
unbelievably, i havent been properly out for 2 weeks now! hopefully i can regain myself at NYE!
goodness me since it is now 30/12/08...that means ONE MORE DAY UNTIL THE YEAR OF 2009, THE YEAR OF YEAR ELEVEN...THE YEAR OF THE OX...THE YEAR OF SENIOR TOILETS AND CANTEEN LINE....the year for a better new years resolution everybody!
